Important Note: This is a single‑player game. We (the developer) promise:

We do NOT collect any personal information directly.
We do NOT upload any game data to any server.
We do NOT access your photos, files, location, or any other sensitive information on your device.

All game data (including game progress, achievements, settings, etc.) is stored only locally on your device. We cannot access this data.

Third‑Party SDKs

To serve advertisements and optimize ad performance, our game integrates the TopOn SDK (provided by TopOn Pte. Ltd.). This third‑party SDK may automatically collect and share the following types of information:

Device Information: system version, device model, screen resolution, network type (WiFi, 3G, 4G, etc.), IP address, system language, time zone, user‑agent, sensor data (e.g., accelerometer), device manufacturer, battery level, storage space, CPU info, memory status.
Advertising Identifiers: Android Advertising ID (GAID) and iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA). (Note: Android ID is not collected by default since TopOn SDK v6.1.80.)
App & Technical Data: app package name, app version name/code, app installation source, timestamp.

2. Advertising & Data Usage

This game is free to play and earns revenue through ads. The TopOn SDK collects and shares the above information for the following purposes:

Adjusting advertising delivery strategies based on device information.
Analyzing ad performance and behavior (e.g., ad loading, display, clicks).
Fraud prevention, security, and compliance.

Data Sharing & Security

The TopOn SDK may share the collected information with its integrated ad network partners (such as Google AdMob, Pangle, Mintegral, etc.) for the purposes described above. All data transmitted between your device and our ad partners is encrypted using industry‑standard protocols (e.g., TLS/HTTPS). TopOn also provides a mechanism for users to request deletion of their data.

You can limit ad tracking through the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" option or via your device settings. For Android, you can opt out of personalized ads in the Google Settings app.

Note: TopOn SDK may share the collected data with its integrated ad network partners. Each partner’s privacy policy applies to their own processing.

4. Data Storage

All game data (progress, settings, achievements) is stored only on your local device. Uninstalling the game will permanently delete all local data, and it cannot be recovered.

5. Your Rights

You can delete all game data by uninstalling the game directly from your device.

🔹 This game is not specifically directed to children. If you are a parent and discover your child is using this game without your consent, simply uninstall the game to delete all data.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be announced in the game.
